Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website or get in touch, how we use it and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
Blue Realty Real Estate LLC ("Blue Real Estate"), a RERA-licensed real estate agency (ORN 30194), Trade License no. 1062088, based at The Exchange Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us when you:
- fill in the contact form: name, email, phone, indicative budget, investment goal and any message;
- book a consultation: the same data, plus the day, the time and how you prefer to talk to us;
- write to us on WhatsApp or contact us in any other way.
The website has no private areas and does not ask you to create an account.
3. How your data reaches us
The website does not store the data you enter in the forms. When you press "Send", WhatsApp opens with the message already written: the data only reaches us if you decide to send that message. From that moment it is also handled under WhatsApp's (Meta's) rules, which you can find in their privacy policy.
4. How we use your data
- to reply to you and arrange the consultation you asked for;
- to suggest property opportunities that suit what you described to us;
- to support you through the next steps if you decide to go ahead with a purchase.
We process your data because you have asked us to contact you (pre-contractual measures) and, for any later communication, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a complete service. We will never add you to a newsletter or use your data for marketing without your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or pass on your data. We only share it when a transaction you have chosen to go ahead with requires it, with the developers, banks, law firms or other professionals involved, and we always tell you first.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as we need to deal with your request and, if we don't go on to work together, for no more than 24 months after our last contact. If we complete a transaction together, we keep it for as long as the law requires.
7. External services used by the website
- Hosting: the website is hosted by Cloudflare, which for technical and security reasons logs data such as the IP address and the type of browser.
- Fonts: the website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address.
- Exchange rate: to show prices in euro, the website reads the daily exchange rate from an external service, which receives no personal data beyond the technical data of the connection.
- WhatsApp and Instagram: the buttons lead to these services, which apply their own privacy rules.
8. Cookies
The website does not use profiling, advertising or statistics cookies, and does not track your browsing. For this reason we do not ask for your consent with a banner.
The website remembers the language you choose (Italian or English) in your browser. This is only a preference, it is not shared with anyone and it does not identify you.
The hosting provider may use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the security of the website (for example to block malicious automated traffic). These cookies are not used to identify you and do not require consent. You can still delete or block them from your browser settings.
9. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its use.
Simply contact us using the details in section 1. If you live in the European Union you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top.
